Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions:

 

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to the following rules:

 

1. Introduction

   1. Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”).

   2. Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering into the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.

   3. This competition is operated by AS GREEK AS IT GETS PRETORIA Pty Ltd(AGAIG) The Promoter.

   4. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.

 

1. By participating in this Competition, Participants agree to the rules set out below.

   1. This Competition is limited to residents of South Africa.

   2. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:

      1. Employees, promotional and advertising agents, or consultants of the Promoter.

      2. People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.

      3. Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 2.2.1 above.

      4. Persons over the age of 9 years.

   3. The Competition shall commence on 1st December 2022 and will end on 20th December 2022.

   4. No entries received after 20th December 2022 will be considered for the draw

   5. The competition is only valid at AS GREEK AS IT GETS PRETORIA

 

1. Mechanics

To participate in this Competition, Participants must adhere to the following:

1. Participants must submit proof of having eaten on the day of entry by means of submitting an AGAIG Table Invoice stapled to the entry forms.

2. Waiters and management have colouring pages and will provide a page when clients ask for it.

3. Participants must complete their and their legal guardians’ details on the entry form.

4. Participants must submit the completed entry form including 3.1 to management or waiters

5. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

6. Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that details are completed as stipulated above, subject to the following conditions:

   1. All entries from disqualified participants’ will be rejected.

   2. It is the participant’s or legal guardians’ responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct, legible and their telephone number provided is operational.

   3. A winner or legal guardians’ will be phoned immediately after the draw if the winners cannot be reached within 48 hours after three attempts, another draw will be done until a winner is found.

 

1. The Prize:

   1. Participants stand a chance to win the following prize by means of a judge’s decision.

      1. TOTEM Racer 50cm BMX Bicycle

 

1. How to claim your prize:

   1. At the time that the prize winner is identified, the prize winner or their legal guardian will receive a telephone call from a representative of AGAIG.

   2. If the Promoter is unable to reach the prize winner or their legal guardian after 3 (three) attempts having been made within 2 (two) working days of their entry being identified, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers or no answer, such winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.

   3. The prize winner or legal guardian will be contacted to make arrangements for the handing over of the prize.

   4. The prize giving will be at AS GREEK AS IT GETS PRETORIA.

   5. The winner and legal guardian for the child must travel at their own expense to AGAIG.

 

1. General

   1. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   2. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of the prize is permitted.

   3. The prizes will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner or legal guardian.

   4. The Promoter reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.

   5. By entering this Competition, you authorize the Promoter to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of the participant or legal guardian for communication or statistical purposes.

   6. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation.

   7. Participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes on various social media platforms including the AGAIG website.

   8. Participants or legal guardian shall always be entitled to decline the above request.

   9. Participants or legal guardians that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoters.

   10. Nothing in these Rules is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit, or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the Participant, their legal guardian or the Promoters in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA").

   11. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these Rules, the Participants give consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Competition and related events and activities, where such damage, cost, injuries and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.

   12. The Promoters, their directors, employees and agents accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the Participants, or accept any liability for:

       1. any inability by the Participants to use the prizes in part or at all;

       2. the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the prize; or

       3. any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the prizes.

   13. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents, and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any prize nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.

   14. The Promoters reserve the right to terminate or extend the Competition at any time. In the event of such termination or extension, all Participants agree to waive (give up) any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisors, and suppliers.

   15. By entering the Competition, Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge that the Promotion will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA. Participants and or the their legal guardians’ undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the prizes to the Participants and or legal guardians. Should any Participant refuse or be unable to comply with this requirement, the Participant shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

   16. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Rules, the Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone suspend or cancel this Competition, the Rules and any prize (which has not yet been allocated), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoters deem necessary. At the end of the Competition for whatsoever reason, all the Promoters’ obligations in regard to the Competition as well as in regard to the prize shall cease to exist.

   17. These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any Participant and AGAIG consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
